Victor brings 4 years of experience in behavioral health, with a background in mental health services. Before joining Children’s Health Council, Victor was a crisis intervention specialist for Santa Clara County, where he focused on providing mental health support to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. More recently, he worked with the UC Davis Redwood SEED Scholars Program, a college program that supports students with intellectual disabilities.

Victor’s professional interests include increasing access to mental health services and advancing trauma-informed approaches in care delivery. He is committed to helping others build their inner resources and to delivering care rooted in equity and dignity. Victor fosters a safe and supportive learning environment where students feel empowered to grow, take risks, and learn from their mistakes.
