Sheena earned her B.A. in English Literature from Portland State University and brings to CHC skillsets from her background in both education and mental health care. After completing her CELTA certification, she taught English abroad, which was an experience that strengthened her capacity to guide learners with patience and empathy.

Prior to joining CHC, she served as a Mental Health Technician, supporting youth navigating complex behavioral and emotional challenges in high-acuity clinical settings. Sheena’s next steps include going back to school for Speech-Language Pathology while she joins the EBC team. Outside of work, Sheena enjoys creative writing projects, dance classes, and spending time with her two cats Pikachu and Balto.
