Over the past two decades, Nick, a BCCS (Board Certified Cognitive Specialist) has dedicated his life to working in the education sector. Learning and creating practical, team-oriented solutions for the most challenging of circumstances both in the school, home, and community settings.

Nick is passionate about unlocking each student’s fullest potential, no matter their starting point, through positive perspective taking and positive reinforcement strategies. He understands the importance of using tangible reinforcement (extrinsic reinforcement) as motivation to build up that genuine positive sense of self over time (intrinsic reinforcement).

Throughout his career, Nick has worn many hats in education. He is excited to begin the journey as EBC Palo Alto’s Dean of Students!
