Emily Dean,

Manager of Institutional Giving and Partnerships

Emily has dedicated her career to nonprofit development, helping organizations secure the resources they need to grow and thrive. Born and raised in Hong Kong, she moved to the Bay Area in 2020 and quickly found her home in the local nonprofit community. Before joining CHC, Emily supported fundraising efforts at several Bay Area organizations, including Camp Tawonga, Larkin Street Youth Services, and Food Runners, where she focused on building institutional partnerships that strengthen essential services for children, teens, and families.

Outside of work, Emily can usually be found supporting her local library, discovering new places around the Bay Area, or spending time on a new craft project.
