Ellie Kunwar is a passionate advocate for adolescent mental health and wellbeing. Her background spans clinical research, public health policy, and cross-functional project leadership, with a focus on evidence-based approaches to improve adolescent wellbeing.
Her past work has included mindfulness-based interventions for emotional regulation, exploratory trials for treatment-resistant depression at UCSF, and systems-wide intervention to support adolescent mental health at the UK Department of Health and Social Care. She believes in the power of early intervention, integrating evidence-based practices, and building community-driven systems that equip every child with the tools, resources, and support needed to thrive.
