Dr. Ogunrinde thrives on working collaboratively with children and their families, ensuring that each child’s unique needs are met in a supportive and inclusive environment. She practices a comprehensive and holistic approach to diagnosing and treating mental and behavioral health disorders. Grounded in the principles of lifestyle psychiatry, her model integrates multiple domains of health and wellness (diet and nutrition, physical activity, restorative sleep, mindfulness practices, avoidance of harmful substances, and social connectedness) alongside medication, psychotherapy, and other evidence-based interventions.
