Special Education Teacher

Diquan Richard is a graduate student at San Francisco State University, pursuing a master’s in Education, Equity, and Social Justice. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art. Diquan has also taught Art, English, and Physical Education to grades K-7 at an emerging school in southern India for a month and volunteered in Brazil for two years, teaching children Bible stories. He also volunteers annually with Help One Child, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting foster youth through annual summer camps, where he serves as a camp counselor. In his free time, you can find Diquan designing a monthly comic strip titled PupTown Stories that’s published monthly in TheSoulTownMagazine or acting in films and television shows.
