School Counselor

Aries Dong is a student-centered school counselor dedicated to supporting all students’ academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Child and Adolescent Development from San Francisco State University in 2023. During her undergraduate years, she worked as a College Ambassador for two and a half years, advocating for first-generation college students and newcomers on their pathway to higher education. She also served as a third-grade after-school Chinese tutor and contributed as a research assistant on a teen VR exercise game project.

Aries earned her Master of Arts in School Counseling from Boston College in May 2025. During her graduate studies, she gained counseling experience across K–12 settings, focusing on mental health and psychosocial issues that impact student’s well-being and academic success.

As a bilingual counselor in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and a first-generation college graduate, Aries brings warmth, professionalism, and a culturally informed perspective to her work with students and families.
