Allyssa Madriaga,

MS, CCC-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist

Allyssa is a speech-language pathologist with 1.5 years of experience working in pediatric outpatient clinics, where she has supported children with a wide range of communication needs through individualized, evidence-based therapy. She is passionate about helping children build confidence in their speech and language skills while ensuring families feel supported, informed, and involved throughout the therapy process. Allyssa’s clinical background also includes experience in acute care settings at UCSF, where she worked with adults with dysphasia, strengthening her skills in assessment, treatment planning, and compassionate, functional communication support. In addition, she has experience providing group speech therapy services to middle school students, fostering collaboration, peer interaction, and communication growth in a structured and encouraging environment.

Allyssa strives to create a warm, welcoming therapy space where children feel safe to learn and grow, and where parents feel confident in both her expertise and her care. She values strong partnerships with families and believes meaningful progress happens when therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and centered on each child’s unique needs.
